Crazy Quilt Block

This is for Linda's Bag/Bucket Swap.
It is my first attempt at crazy quilting. What do you think? It is rather plain. I'm hoping with a little stitchings and embellishments will add some sparkles.
Can't wait to work on it tonight! For now, I'm off to do a bit of school shopping.
Have a wonderful day!

I've just 'found' you and am enjoying your string quilts, especially! Love 'em myself, also!

Your crazy block? Well, I don't know anything about crazy quilting, but when I looked at your block, I didn't know what to look at. Do you think it would benefit from having a focal point? Now watch, you will do something totally NOT what I thought, and it will turn out gorgeous! 8-)

I love crazy quilting, and you're on your way... the fancy stitching and embellishing are all icing on the cake. Enjoy!

I think all crazy looks a bit plain before the stitching is added. I like yours so far despite not being a pink girl.

Rhonda, I love the floral fabrics! I think it's beautiful, and when you start embellishing it, it's going to change so much! Can hardly wait for you to post picture #2 after you are finished with it. Lovely!

I like it. I've been dithering about whether to try crazy patching given that I have lots of scraps and yours is very inspiring - even without the embellishments.
